Delivery and Returns

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order the very next day. All books are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.

If you place an order before 10am we will do our best to dispatch it on the same day.

Charges

Our postage charges are automatically calculated based on Royal Mail rates.

Delivery in the UK is free for orders over £50.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is posted, however you must contact us before 9am the day after you place your order to do so. If the cancellation happens after the goods have been dispatched, a refund will not be offered.

Order Progress

If your books have not arrived within the specified delivery time, please enquire using the Contact Us page, or by e-mailing info@alfaatihpublishing.co.uk.

Returns Policy

If you have ordered a book from Al-Faatih and it is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days to arrange the return. All damaged books must be returned within 14 days. Upon receipt, a replacement book will be dispatched insha Allah.
